Our Contributions to Society:
In the memory of Shaheed Sushil's martyrdom for India, a Foundation has been established and registered in 2009 under the Societies Act having its head quarters and registered office at Gwalior-Madhya Pradesh (birth place), with city-wise chapters based at Kalyan-Mumbai (work place) and Bhusawar-Rajasthan (native place).
Every year on the day of his demise (26 November), a 'Civilian Bravery Award' function is organized at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. On this occasion the brave persons, talented children, outstanding youths and other extraordinary persons will be awarded. Also on his Date of Birth i.e. on 8th Nov 2011, some competitions are organized every year across institutions.
First tribute programme and Award function was organized by the foundation at Gwalior on 26th Nov 2009 and at Kalyan (Mumbai) on 29th Nov 2009. For this function, our Chief Guest was Hon’ble Justice Shri S.K. Gangele Judge (Now Administrative Judge) M.P. High Court Bench at Gwalior and the Guest of Honour was Justice Hon’ble Shri S.C. Sharma, Judge M.P. High Court Bench at Gwalior (Now at Indore Bench). The function was presided by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Colonel Shri S.N. Mukherji of LNI. University Gwalior.
In continuation, second tribute and award program was organized by the foundation on 25th Nov 2010 at Bhusawar, at Gwalior on 26th Nov 2010, and at Kalyan on 28th Nov 2010. For the second function, our Chief Guest was Hon’ble Justice Shri R.B. Dixit (former Judge M.P. High Court and Lok Ayukta Chhatisgarh and the Guest of Honour/ presided by the Principal Accountant General (Audit) of M.P.
This year as well, the foundation is organizing the third tribute and Award program on Saturday, 26th Nov at Madhav Law College, Gwalior.
